What the cookbook!? I’ve tried Turk and I loved it, but really my main issue is endurance and cardio performance. This has been a game changer. I will continue getting this supplement. My fiancé and I both take it. :)
Taste is on point it’s a thick protein bar that takes some time to eat. Great when on a cut!
It works better than just plain melatonin supplements for me personally. This actually keeps me asleep with far fewer interruptions. Don’t have the weird melatonin reaction after 4 hours that makes you wide awake in the middle of the night.
I just want the physical book for 50 bucks. If you sold this book for 50 and the ebook for the same, both for 75, you would sell millions and make much more money. Your price point is costing you.

Coach Greg was right about G02 max. I noticed a huge improvement, on the stair stepper. I went from 20 minutes to 45 minutes on day 2, of taking G02 max. I ordered more. I like it!!!
I really cringe at the amount of Vegetable/Seed Oils in this. I'm sure it's what gives it the buttery/savory flavor, but do you research on what you're really putting in your body.

I’ve only been taking GO2 max for about 4 days and it helps me on a day to day basis. Just walking up stairs and walking around. Makes a huge difference. I workout everyday and I went from walking 3 miles a day to 4 for my cardio workout. I normally walk until I really feel the burn in my calves ( I walk on a incline instead of running) I was walking on a 3 incline and now I can do 4 or 5 at the same pace and still make 4 miles. I am not sure if it’s just in my head or if it’s go2 max but either way I like it and feel like I have more wind.
First time i’ve taken it after deciding to bike more before taking GO2 max it would take me approximately 20 minutes to get to work after taking it just a little before my commute it takes me just 14-15 minutes it’s incredible 10/10
