Increase in muscle mass and strength

I started taking Turk Builder a couple of weeks ago, I can tell you that I can tell the difference in energy and good pumps at the gym. I started taking two and increased to three pills, depending on how the week is going with work and workouts is how I determine if I should take two or three pills depending on energy level.
