I've tried all of Coach Greg's turk supplements, the original, the platinum and max. The max works the best for me. As a lady who doesn't wanna go down the "enhanced " route but still wants to increase strength this had made a nice difference. My bench was stuck and this helped bust it out of a plateau while being in a calorie deficit. I will definitely buy it again.
