Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) — 250mg / 500mg
Vitamin C is best known as an antioxidant, helping support the body’s defense against oxidative stress produced during hard training. While it is not a direct stimulant or pump ingredient, it can help support overall recovery and wellness so you’re better prepared to train consistently.

Choline (from Alpha Glycerylphosphorylcholine) — 500mg / 1000mg
Choline helps support the production of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in focus, reaction time, and muscle contraction. In the gym, that can translate into better mind-muscle connection, sharper concentration, and improved training intensity.

SUGGESTED USE: Do NOT exceed 2 scoops per day. We recommend starting with ¼ to ½ scoop to gauge tolerance. This product should be consumed 20 to 30 minutes prior to any workout or exercise session. Mix preferred serving vigorously in 8-16oz of water until dissolved fully.
