I can't really give a scientific report on my experience. I have not taken detailed notes on progress and such as I don't have a particular goal to reach. I just love working out till I reach failure. I am not your typical gym rat. My gym sessions are at least 1.5 hour long and I do a crapload of volume just cuz (Don't judge me). I have been a daily gym goer for about 14 years and, at this point, about half of my body weight is muscle (according to the Inbody machine that Coach Greg hates so much). And yes, I am natural.
I have been using Turk and (GO2 Max) for about 7 months now. And I can definitely notice one thing: The amount of time and volume. The amount of energy at the gym to be more accurate. I now have to keep a closer eye on the clock to make sure I don't spend more than 2 hours at the gym. My energy level typically tapers around the 90 to 105 minute mark. But when I started taking Turk, I have to set a 90-minute timer with an alarm on my phone to make sure I don't inadvertently spend more than 2 hours in there. And when I do force myself to stop at under 2 hours, I get somewhat vexed because my body and mind are telling me to keep lifting.
I am not sure if this is a negative or positive review. I'll just say that I have 7 boxes of Turk+ left and will buy more when I run low or if Greg gets a crazy deal going.
