I'm what you would call an intermediate lifter, 3 days a week for 2 hours a sesh. Never messed with gear and never will. This Turk Builder+ is probably the closest thing I'll ever get to it. I tried two other "Turk" supplements prior to this which were actually Ecdysterone and while I did feel something they were nothing like the Turk Builder+. Currently taking 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills in the late afternoon. Some people experience side effects with sleep due to energy. Just take it before 5pm, don't take it late at night. Have experienced an increase in lifts, no doubt about that. Muscles feel more focused, solid, and engaged during the lifts. I have a great diet already and sit around 15% BF. After just four weeks I definitely look leaner and my muscles look more separated. Didn't change the diet one bit except for increasing animal protein/fats so I know it wasn't that. Went up a solid pound in that time which I think is really good for natural.
