Description

Collagen is a special protein which makes up 70-80% of the dry weight of the skin and gives our skin its mechanical and structural integrity. As we age, our body starts producing less collagen, and our skin becomes less elastic and wrinkles appear. Collagen also plays a central role in the joints and is needed to maintain musculoskeletal integrity throughout the lifespan.

Supplementing with hydrolyzed collagen provides the body with most of the precursors needed to ramp up endogenous collagen production. Hydrolyzed collagen supplementation has been extensively studied and has been shown to be effective for reducing wrinkles, increasing skin elasticity & hydration while reducing overall skin aging.

Very tasty!!!!!

Got my order and tried it today (vanilla flavor)
Very tasty, tastes as advertised, mixes well very minimal clumping in fat free milk and personally not experienced any digestion issue.
Stir this product do not shake it

My personal favorite protein powder so far

Disclaimer i have only tried the vanilla protein powder, It is my personal favorite so far, if you drink it imedenly it is delicious, but if it sits in milk for any amount of time it will change flavors to something similar to sour milk, also it doesn't say on the label but contacted the company and asked which collagen types were in this, and it is type 1 and 3

Should have gone with chocolate

I really like this supplement. It is easy to use and drink and it has protein and a bunch of stuff that is good for you. however I went with the wrong flavor, I wasn't a fan of the vanilla but I was a little surprised that it was oddly sweet. it tried it's best to taste like actual vanilla and it was almost successful until the flavor became artificial in my mouth. Next time I will buy chocolate but my mom and I love the product.

It’s alright

I would have given it five stars for taste and over all function (I did notice a small difference in gut health) but it’s does not mix well, it becomes a chunky mess.
