I just received it came quickly i think the samples that came in ontop of the bloodwork supplement its a great idea and cool everything in bloodwork seems promising just remember first day you take it dosent just work atleast 3 month to see results and just want to clarify something despite if you like coach greg or not you cant talk trash on the supplements coach greg in my opinion is a stand up guy who people try defame or cant stand that he is not a phony and says the thing the way it is
Mixes perfectly with water as well as milk, but is a little thicker with milk. Definitely use a little bit more. Tastes fantastic!

I ordered these, and received them within a week. I took them as soon I got them. I did an Insanity workout. Man, I was able to push "harder than last time" through the whole workout. I'm 32 years old trying to get back into shape, I was fairly active in my early 20's. However, after taking these and doing my work out, I felt like my early 20's again! I am highly impressed and hope to improve my training by summer time.

It is possible it's placebo as I'm not well versed in the world of fat burners, but I feel like I'm less hungry, increased NEAT, and when I take it before cardio I have that burning feeling that makes me want to go a little bit longer than I was initially planning.
More stamina, higher output (heart rate is noticeably higher when doing my daily cardio) coupled this with Ecdy Builder and G test and I feel that I am burning more calories I went from maintaining at 2500 to almost 3000 cal just from moving around more. Try the supplements I hundred percent condone I’ve been taking it for a month and see nothing but positive results.!
