Great training book
Great workouts, deff recommend, but remember that most of this stuff can be found online but its still worth it for this great advice.
I have only been on this new plan for two weeks, but I already LOVE it! Doing full body workouts is so much more fun that push/pull/legs. I am getting just as many sets and reps per muscle group per week, but I am not sore!!! Love the plan so far. Thanks Coach Greg!
