This is a good substitute for whey protein if you are having issues with gastric problems from whey protein concentrate. It is good to also mix with other whey supplements to reduce gastric problems.

I like the pump I get with it. I think the prepump actually gives a better pump than the preworkout 2.0. I started sipping it intraworkout, and it does seem to help me recover faster.

I tried the Pink Candy flavor and it tastes great. Not overly sweet and mixes well in cold water. I like the fact that it doesnt overload you with caffeine even being the "high stim" version, and focuses more on what keeps you dialed in with your workouts. Highly recommend and will buy again.

Great product for performance and quality of life. Definitely recommend everyone take one capsule a day for health. But more capsules increase performance.
