The only disappointing thing about the HTLT protein is that it gets sold out and I have to walk to order it! Probably my fault as I tell everyone at work about it and I bring in my protein muffins for everyone to try. I seriously can’t rave enough about this protein powder. I make the most bomb protein muffins(from Greg’s recipe of course), donuts and even ice cream! I am so impressed at how dialed in it is, the protein to calorie ratio is unreal. Thank you Greg for putting out such a high quality product, my only recommendation-make more!
In all honesty, I was initially skeptical, but after a friend recommended me Turk Premium...and trying for myself, I find myself getting more pumps in and going harder in my workouts. This is truly something that works!
I train hard and am hungry most of the time, so finding a protein bar that actually satisfies me matters. I’ve tried the CICO bar in both S’mores and Milky Crisp—both are excellent. The S’mores flavor is a favorite, but since it’s often out of stock, I usually go with Milky Crisp, which is just as enjoyable. Each bar keeps me full for a couple of hours until my next meal. At 70 grams, it’s noticeably larger than most bars in the 45–55 gram range, and the macros are spot on. In my opinion, CICO is one of the best protein bars on the market. Thank you, Greg!

Trust me when I tell you that turk builder max is all you need. The vascularity, the way it drys out your muscles and makes you look peeled. 10/10 workouts every-time. Thank you greg 👍🏽
I've tried all but Bombsicle 3.0 preworkouts. I thought peach rings was the best so i always ordered that. Then I got out of my comfort zone and tried bombsicle and it's Juicy. My new favourite flavour.

I take this for its adaptive properties and chill vibes. I find two capsules a day (1 in the morning 1 in the afternoon) give me the best results. It takes about 3 weeks before you start to notice the effect.
Subtle but there. There also seems to be an effect on vocabulary recall improvement. Again, subtle but there. For $20 you can’t go wrong.
The e-book makes it very easy and convenient to grocery shop for items. I need to stay on target and the hard copy is a very, very good backup and it’s a part of my book collection.
