PWO that makes you feel happy? I'm not sure of what's going on inside (yes, I've watched C. Greg break down the supp on YT), but it's definitely working. Greg has the gold standard products in this space and I've never been disappointed with anything from HTLT Supps. I bought the Janicki Juice flavor, it tastes like a watermelon jolly rancher. I love that this has a lower caffeine in the scoop. They also sent me a cinnamon roll cico bar that was pretty good

The tastiest protein bar I have had, and it is fulfilling too. It is perfect for when an activity disrupts a regular meal. Just grab one of these bars and you'll be good to go for 2-3 hours. They are on the pricier side, but well worth it. Can't go wrong with Milky Crisp or Cinnamon Roll. I actually prefer the one that I enjoy the least: (S'mores), because the other two are addictive.
