I take one before I do an intense workout or before I go for a run. Endurance has improved and I'm very happy with it. I pair it with the Pre Workout 2.0 and I feel when paired with the beta alanine it helps get extra reps in or go for longer distances.

I got the Pink Candy flavor and i love it. Recommend to use with cold water and shake very well or it could be a bit chalky. I dont mind the chalky texture but some might. the flavor is on point and the pump i get is better then what I've gotten with other pre workouts. I'll continue to buy this and try other flavors.

I am no scientist. My opinion on this product is based off of my experience with the product. I have been using it for probably a year now and when I use it, I just feel like I can go a little farther. I feel that way with cardio, and I certainly feel that way lifting weights. I know it's expensive, but it is worth atleast a bottle to try for yourself. Definently if there is a sale!

I did not change my diet it really pay that close attention to my diet and I lost a pound in 2 weeks.

That might not sound like a lot but I am a small female and went from 114 pounds to 113.

Wanted to try this to see if it would help with my joint pains. They are mostly gone or at least more manageable. I do really hard cardio and that's when the pain flares up. Tastes great with cashew milk.

This stuff definitely works! I'm a 180lb Male, and after taking only 2 capsules per day for a month, I noticed that I had gotten noticeably stronger and put on a little extra muscle. This was all while I was aggressively cutting, so I wasn't expecting to make any strength gains! This is not a steroid, so it is most certainly not going to put on 10+ lbs of muscle or anything crazy, but it made a difference for me, and I noticed it more than when I started taking creatine!

When i bought the product i thought i'd get it in the plastic container but it came in a bag. I really dont mind it being in a bag but it does take up a bit more space when it's like that. But the product is great. I've made protein bars, shakes and overnight oats with it, and all of the stuff/food turned out great!

Strong

I was a bit apprehensive about trying ECDY, not sure as to how it would help or how fast it would be to feel results. Within the first week of using it I found that I had more drive through my exercise routine. I found I could push that little bit more and not feel as sore afterwards. Recovery time is much shorter too. Coach Greg, I'm sold. I will most definitely be buying more ECDY once I'm through this bottle. This stuff works!

Taste is good and dissolves pretty easy. It has the right amount of ingredients and electrolytes per serving.

I have to say it's a legit product that actually produces in all aspects of training.

If you need a little "umph", you will definitely feel it once it gets into your blood flow system in 2 weeks or less.

One has been all I need daily.

Pre Workout 2.0

This is a really good quality whey protein. Thick and rich. I have used Hot Chocolate, Vanilla Ice Cream, Strawberry Cheesecake, and S’mores flavor. For now I used them with unsweetened Almond milk to make protein shakes and I plan to use them to make delicious protein ice cream when it gets hotter.
