I noticed that this blend of Turk has half the Turkesterone than Turk Max, so they was curious how the new blend would stack up to Turk Max. I mainly take them for my swim workouts and I can usually hold about a 1 min 17 sec pace for 100 yards. I took 2 Turk Plats and I was able to hold a 1 min 12 sec pace for longer and with less rest between sets. Definitely felt more endurance and aggression. This is definitely a premium blend. But I think less is more for this supplement, 1 Turk capsule is plenty for me, 2 capsules are for those days I really want to kick it into overdrive. Great supplement.

Maybe sleep did suffer when i didn't workout tho. I do have to call greg out on turk max tho he claims it has more turk when its clearly stated on the old turk builder plus to have 15mg of turk per pill the new turk max only has 10mg and its more expensive

But after reading some of these of reviews on this page there's no way these are all legit, like zero chance. so here is genuine advice, if you have the extra money to spend on this why not go for it it wont hurt (probably) and maybe it'll help, but it you don't then please do not waste your money on this, none of this matters, just work out eat healthy it'll be fine.
