I bought my first pack of Turk Platinum first before ever trying the Regular Turk Builder Max because I just wanted to try the "best" of what "turk" had to offer. I've been lifting for over 10 years 100% natural and I will tell you.. I felt a noticable difference in my physique and quality of workouts by the 3-4th day (taking 3 per day) The most I can compare it to is like having the look of a fresh pump while just walking around. Of course.. You have to actually WORKOUT ... This is not something you just take and all of a sudden will become 'JACKED' .. You should already have everything dialed in for the most part..
