I’m a hyper-responder, full disclosure. I react very well to creatine with a calibrated nutrition plan and improved cardio. As for TBM, HOLY SMOKES, I’ve never believed I’d get this strong this quick. I believe I took TBM consistently for roughly 3 weeks, perhaps a little over a month, and my barbell row, squats, leg press (for fun), lat pull down, benchpress and landmine row have ALL shot up in both weights and reps. For reference as to how well the strength spiked, I’ve now been able to consistently hit a 7 plate landmine row for the last few weeks. If you were skeptical like I was, I very much hope this helps in possibly trying TBM, especially if you’re a hyper-responder, you’re going to love the strength gains!
