thanks to coach greg's anabolic french toast I've lost 80 lbs. I can't wait to see what other low calorie foods I can eat without worrying about "it's unhealthy food"
This is the second cookbook my husband and I have bought from coach Greg, we love the recipes, most of them are huge portions and very filling with little calories. I especially love that he has cookie and muffin recipes also! The recipes are so simple to make as well.
If you buy this book, I recommend that you have a food scale as well but if not, he provides cup and tablespoon measurements also.
I just made the Hawaiian protein and it turned out amazing! I never knew you could make crust like this. It filled me up and got a substantial amount of protein in. 600 calories and 95g protein.(i had to use normal cheese because its hard finding low fat cheese in my grocers)
Dieting doesn't get easier, but you can get better at it. This cook book is an excellent tool in making weight loss more simple. Adding some recipes from this book into your weekly diet will increase your Protein intake as well as reduce your overall caloric intake. More Protein and less calories is always a good thing for adipose tissue loss. The cookbook also teaches you how to keep your kitchen anabolic if you read the recipes and start incorporating certain ingredients into your every day culinary use. The only downside to the book is that the pages are designed to be ripped out, therefore leading to pages that are ready to fall out of the book when the book arrives. Frequently used pages also have a tendency to start coming out of the book. RIP Apple Carrot Cluster/Muffin pages. This isn't the biggest deal since there is a PDF of the book that you can download and you can't be missing pages from a PDF. Every dish from the book has been excellent to eat whether I had everything the book recommended or improvised ingredients. There seems to be flexibility built into the book and I am a HUGE fan of that. This book made dieting somewhat of a chore into a rather simple task. For this reason, I must say that the book is a buy for those who are on the fence about purchasing it.
