Definitely can feel a difference

This is my first time using creatine. My sleep and energy levels have improved drastically. I have noticed some improvement in the gym but the cognitive benefits are worth it alone.

So far I like it I haven’t noticed weight loss yet but am giving my body time to adjust to product I do notice when I take it I eat little later

Tastes Similar/Like Oreos But Healthier :-)

As a first time buyer, I am very satisfied with my purchase but I should have bought 2 boxes. Who doesn’t like chocolate and peanut butter?

I think it’s a great cookbook for people who think eating healthy is overwhelming, expensive and too complicated. Lots of easy recipes to follow and once you get more confident, you can elevate these to new levels!

It’s really annoying shopping for a bar that delivers 20g of Protein with all the unwanted extras. This one is saintly, my conscience can bear it and it satiated me until I got to my next feeding after my workout. I really appreciate the effort and thought to not cut corners and deliver high quality. Thanks Coach 💪🏻

Can’t belive the cardio endurance increase

Wasn’t expecting much of a difference with this compared to “max” but it’s been working me wonders!I

I’ve had all of these bars but the cinnamon one and I think they all taste great! You also get more bar with better macros than some of the other protein bars! 10/10
