Stanislav Mitrovic This is a good substitute for whey protein if you are having issues with gastric problems from whey protein concentrate. It is good to also mix with other whey supplements to reduce gastric problems.

Carl Soderstrom I’m 52 and have joint pains some times when I lift weights. This is especially true for my left elbow when I do skull crushers. Since I started taking this collagen supplement the elbow pain is gone. Thank you HTLT….!
