Turk Builder+ is eligible for our "We Know You Will Love It" Guarantee which must meet the following conditions:

• The return must be requested within 60 days of receipt/delivery.
• The return is eligible for first-time buyers only.
• The return is eligible for single bottle purchases only.
• The return is only available for USA customers at this time.
• Empty bottles will not be considered for a refund.  We suggest you try taking a 2-3 capsule serving if you do not feel the effects from just 1.
• The items must be returned with all original tags and packaging.
• Original shipping charges and Tax are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for the charges and tax of the return shipping, exchange shipping fee, and arrange return courier.
• HTLT Supplements will not accept any returned products without prior written communication via email and authorized confirmation.
• HTLT Supplements reserves the right to make the final decision on all cases.

WAY TO INITIATE A RETURN

• Please send a request for a return authorization to our customer service email, info@htltsupps.com, within 60 days of receiving your order.
• You will receive a return authorization email and instructions once your return request is provisionally approved.
• Send your purchase back to us within 7 days after the return address is provided (Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fees).
• Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 30 business days.
• Online order cannot be exchange or return in physical store.
