I have taken this product before. I got both shredded and put on 8-10 pounds of muscle. Now, keep in mind, I am over 50 and far from. Optimized. Not sure how beneficial it is for the under 25 crowd, but I would definitely refer it to the 50 and older demographic.

Been taking for the past two weeks now. Feeling like strength is on the rise and noticing I am looking a little leaner. In addition, do feel less stressed as well. Am currently taking 3 pills, may increase to 4 pills but will see after another week.

Great product! I was having some stomach issues and was feeling sick more often than not, but taking one of these everyday has made all problems go away.

Despite not having caffeine, this pre paired with g-test and g02 max honestly works better than caffeine.

Note: I need to really train HTLT to get the max pump benefit. If you train without failure, you may not see much results. But when I go hard AF, the pump is for real; probably 10-15% extra pump compared to my previous pre.
