I don’t get a lot of energy from it but my stamina is ridiculous! I can keep up cardio twice as long, twice as intense and with a shorter recovery. It works and it works well. Easily my favorite supplement.

I would highly recommend G Shred! I started taking it about 3 weeks ago and already feel and see a difference. I know that sounds like an ad, lol, but I am serious. If you are consistent in weight training, cardio and a healthy lifestyle/diet, a former competitor in bodybuilding, looking to lean out and have more energy - and of course shed body fat- THIS IS IT!! if you are a beginner or have a lot of body fat to lose, I still think this would work, especially for appetite control. I still haven't taken the recommended dose of 6 pills per day (3 in the morning, 3 in the afternoon) however, with 2-3 pills about 4 hours before I leave work to train or in the morning on the weekend, it's like a beautiful time at the GYM and the cravings for the JUNK go away and are more manageable. I did have some issue falling asleep, which could be a lot of things, however, I will order the DELTA sleep aid for that. I love the products on here so far!

I’ve been taking 1 per day, saw results very quick. Upon first use I hit a workout specifically targeting my lats as well as side and rear delts as they have always been weak points that seem resistant to growth. The next day these muscles were sore like I have never felt before. I have been doing the same workouts I always did for years, yet it’s almost as if my weak points are experiencing newbie gains. Slight gains on all other muscles as well but the effect on my shoulders and lats was astonishing. Also has increased my appetite as I feel that I need a bit more food to feel satiated. Despite eating 2-300 calories more per day since beginning using this product, I have continued to lose fat seemingly faster than before starting this supplement with detectable visual change and no change in scale weight 3 weeks in. Making me very positive I’m both gaining muscle and losing fat. The only downside is the price, even at only 1 capsule per day this stuff is expensive, more expensive per day than all my other supplements combined. This makes it very difficult for me to justify continuing to use this product daily at its current price. Even if you purchase the 10 pack for roughly a 1 year supply the discount is minimal. Would love to see the price come down a bit and I would happily use this for the foreseeable future

Taste is slightly off but it is well worth the effects, it has been working great for me. The smaller scoop to let you get serving size dialed from mild to wild is nice. Overall a great pre workout!
