Ofcourse I watch coach Greg on you tube and have had previous sucess with GO2 so I thought I would also try Turk. So far I am satisfied, I definitely get a form of tunnel vision and cognitive focus when I use Turk. I have been out of weightlifting and exercise for 5 years after getting out of the Marine Coeps and losing my right index finger in an accident.
