I ordered the Cookies and Cream bars and they were surprisingly good, I would say better than most protein bars out there. They didn't have much of a crisp/crunch to them either, which I also appreciate. They are a bit pricey, but with the right promo code, you can get a box of 12 of these for around $30 (that's the price with shipping). Really nice treat to grab after "greging my doucette" harder than last time!

Look.. I have been in the fitness game for nearly 3 decades and no other protein bars come close to the CICO ones. Between the texture, flvaor, and macros, it’s unstoppable. I literally binge eat them without any guilt. They simply are the best.

Some of the best tasting protein bars out there. They are filling, but not with nonsense calories. Little bit more chewy than others, but I actually prefer them that way.

It’s so good that, in my last order, someone even stole my TurkBuilder Platinum and a CICO bar! Unfortunately, I don’t have a surveillance camera to prove it. I had to reorder, but it was sold out, so I got TurkBuilder Max instead — and I’m very pleased with the results.

I don’t know why “some” YouTubers were dissing this product. It works first evening. Read instructions: take 30min before bedtime. I’d advise starting with one. Two might be too much. I’ve been sleep deprived bc of odd work hours due to my shift work. I finally hit the deep sleep my body needed and woke with my muscles feeling tenderized. I received one of these sample packets from purchasing another HTLT product. Unlike the thin, liquid-y protein powder on the market, not only does this one taste better but is satiating and dense so it held me over for a while which was extra awesome. Macros was the cherry on top! Highly recommend
