Effective!

As a big fan and long time user of beta alanine, I appreciate how effective is this product. But beta alanine is quite a simple supplement, I guess it's hard to mess it up; you can certainly find cheaper options that are the exact quality. This beta alanine product brings both the tingling and the performance boost. Unlike Coach Greg states, beta alanine doesn't give me itchy but; I get itchy lips as I drink it and itchy legs or arms (depending what I am training) as I exercise. I am a small female (5'5'', 120lbs) and a full scoop would be the maximum I would use, it's quite a strong dose. I like to use it for long runs (it improves speed and endurance) and heavy lifting sessions.
