I noticed effects in the 1st week for me I noticed a increase in endurance while I do the stairmaster, I recovered faster from hitting the weights and I've also noticed a increase in alertness and libido which is nice. I want to try taking also with the turk builder since I had amazing results with them separate im sure I'll have even better gains if I take both!

I tried the smores, they were awesome. The cookies and cream were good but a bit harder. The crisp bars are the tastiest and softest out of the three I mentioned.

I've been using Turk Max for awhile and now sprinkling in Turk Platinum in for leg workouts or when I have more time to really focus (days off rather than with my after work workouts) and I've noticed my muscles becoming more noticeable, I'm able to push a bit harder in workouts and it seems a little easier to push harder. I was curious to see how the Salidroside was after watching Coach Greg’s video on its benefits. I did not get the euphoric feeling he was talking about like visiting my friend Molly (even at max 3 scoops serving), but I did feel an extra drive in motivation to workout, which felt different the just the geeked up caffeine feeling.
