About 2 weeks in to my first pack.. I’m not Phil Heath yet, but feel like my training intensity and appetite are way ramped up. I feel great to be honest. Haven’t seen much in terms of size increase, but I’m a tall, long muscled, lanky guy to begin with. I would recommend Turk builder Max. It really gives endurance and strength. Reminiscent of the time using Turinabol as a young man. Maybe it’s placebo or maybe Greg is right about this great supplement. At 41 years old just to say: Thank you Greg!!!
I still have a bottle of the old formula and it works amazingly. Bigger pumps and I seem to get a mental boost from the Alpha GPC, Lions Mane and huperzine A without having to have caffeine.
This new formula seems a pre workout I'd see in the supermarket. Beta Alanine? Why? It does absolutely nothing acutely. 2 grams of Taurine? Why? Because it's cheap?
Betaine Anhydrous is a great ingredient but 9grams at full dose? Why does anyone need a 9gram dose?
Why has the Alpha GPC, Lions Mane and Huperzine A been removed and replaced with cheap ingredients that do nothing acutely?
I would have been a returning customer but I can get something as good as this while I'm getting my groceries. Disappointed is an understatement.
I am someone who is transitioning from drinking so much energy drinks and caffeine, I even take preworkout before the gym a couple hours after my morning energy drink to start my day. I took 1 pill without my preworkout on the 1st day and felt like I had a little energy without the crash. My personal trainer even noticed the difference and said that my muscles looked a little more defined. I did noticed after taking this that it contains B12 and a later blood work results shows that I'm deficient in that (am now taking daily vitamins for this). This is something that I'll definitely continue to take. THANK YOU GREG!
