You can definitely tell when something works especially after something major. Had a kidney transplant amongst other things and my cardio was horrible getting started. I bought a white shaker, I really like it so I thought I would go to the Ice Shaker website to see what I would have to pay for one that has no branding on it, surprisingly the bottle right from ice shaker is $5 more expensive than a branded one from Greg, the $5 means nothing to me but it showed me Greg isn’t just grubbing for money, I would think he could make at least another $10 on his bottles because of the logo, well done Greg and I own 3 of these now, I order one when I reorder CICO bars, which are the best!!!
I'm very picky when it comes to whey protein for shakes, especially if I try a new product and it tastes bad. But that wasn't the case with this one at all. The vanilla flavor literally tastes like a vanilla Frosty; I couldn't believe it was a casein whey protein shake, amazing flavor.
This supplement helped me work through the many long days of studying leading up to the bar exam this past summer. I would start to get headaches and lose focus around mid afternoon after 4-5 hours of studying. Taking G Focus took away the headache and even sped up my typing speed! Allowed me to study a few hours longer each day.

Very good gym bag! It motivates me to go harder than last time in the gym. The only thing that I am not satisfied with is that the space for shoes is too small for my shoes. Overall, I love it.
