





I've been loving the cookbook, I was always skeptical because of the price, but its 100% recommended to anyone who find it hard to diet and eat healthier!
The e-book makes it very easy and convenient to grocery shop for items. I need to stay on target and the hard copy is a very, very good backup and it’s a part of my book collection.
I haven't had a chance to execute one of these recipes but I have flipped through the whole book and tabbed several recipes I'm very excited to try! The recipes are easy to follow and I appreciate the macros and calories being listed. There even macros for different portion options on some. This will certainly be a useful tool in the kitchen and for meal prep

I’ve been a long time viewer of Greg, so obviously I’ve paid attention to his advice and heard more than enough about why I should purchase the cookbook. I’m genuinely happy that I finely went ahead with it! It has a lot of great recipes that give me the extra variety I need in my diet especially since I’m cutting right now. Honestly, I didn’t expect the simple recipes to taste as good as they do! I find it difficult to keep my hands off the Boston creams which I’ve made three times now, which I guess can be both good and bad. I am extremely satisfied with the cookbook, and have been beyond overjoyed with the ten or so recipes I’ve tried so far. I look forward to exploring more and seeing what else the book has to offer!
