This stuff works EXTREMELY well. Started at 1 pill a day and I noticed the effects on my pumps immediately. Ran it like that for about 10days then stepped up to 2 pills a day and I noticed a strength gains almost immediately as well. I'm coming off of cancer, been in remission for 2+yrs now, and I'm really glad my Dr. Said I could take these. My wife has noticed a change in my body composition. I'm not saying it's a miracle drug but in my humble opinion it's way better than NO2 or creatine. I have been recommending this supp.to everyone that's asked what I'm taking. The maple cookie flavour is very tasty! Very smooth with no gritty texture. I would definitely purchase again. The other flavours are definitely on my list to try.

Noticeable improvement

I guess it could be placebo but I am suspicious that this is very anabolic. Given the limited supply I have only been taking 2 capsules once a week but with more supply (now have 10 bottles) I started taking 2 capsules twice a week last week (2 year supply now). (I've also been taking 8 capsules a day of Ecdybuilder since it came out). Anyway the point is I am 57 years old and today I hit a new recent personal record of 16 reps with 103 kg on one of those seated push machines (machine version of bench press). When I look back to see what I was doing when I started Turk about 30 weeks ago I see I was only pushing 103kg for 11 reps. I also see that 2 years ago (probably before doing Ecdy) on the same machine I was only doing 10 reps with 75kg. I am certainly doing something right. When I was young 25ish to 33ish I could rep 315lb (140kg) for 5 reps - assuming the machine correlates to bench press I now have the same strength level as back then as 5x140 and 16x103 both equal 1 rep with about 157 kg according to online 1 RM calculators. 16 reps was my goal and I hit it today. I think looks have also improved but that is subjective.
