So I don't know what it is. But this pre-workout is something else. I have been using it for almost two weeks. Tell me why I have been working out more!
I am struggling to lose weight and build muscle. I usually do good by working out 2x or 3x a week. I cave in and eat junk food, and give in to being lazy and skip the rest of my workouts. During week 1, I would take 2 scoops in the morning for upperbody workouts. On leg day take 2 scoops in the evening.
By week 2 their has been a change. I find myself working out way more. Like I have been working out 2x a day except on leg day. Instead of having my push workout one day and my pull work out the next. I have been doing both of them in the same day.
For some reason I really look forward to working out. I feel happy and relaxed as strange as that sounds. Had to limit one scoop per workouts so I don't go overboard. But yeah, I feel locked in. I feel bad when I miss a workout. Trying to figure out what workout I can do in the morning for leg day, so I can get a extra scoop of this PreWorkout in.
Their is a downside. If you like to rage workout. This is not the PreWorkout for you. You gonna be too mellow. You need the high stimy stuff for that. The stuff that makes your skin itch. If you take this with TurkBuilder. If you feel the light aggression side effects. This PreWorkout kinda kills that. You will still push more. But only to feel that dopamine response from working hard.
