I would highly recommend G Shred! I started taking it about 3 weeks ago and already feel and see a difference. I know that sounds like an ad, lol, but I am serious. If you are consistent in weight training, cardio and a healthy lifestyle/diet, a former competitor in bodybuilding, looking to lean out and have more energy - and of course shed body fat- THIS IS IT!! if you are a beginner or have a lot of body fat to lose, I still think this would work, especially for appetite control. I still haven't taken the recommended dose of 6 pills per day (3 in the morning, 3 in the afternoon) however, with 2-3 pills about 4 hours before I leave work to train or in the morning on the weekend, it's like a beautiful time at the GYM and the cravings for the JUNK go away and are more manageable. I did have some issue falling asleep, which could be a lot of things, however, I will order the DELTA sleep aid for that. I love the products on here so far!
